BHCC Leadership Summit

Come join us for a morning of renewal and encouragement. We will start the morning with a simple breakfast, followed by a time of worship and teaching. We have invited guest speaker Derek Jacobsen to lead us through a session on Courageous Faithfulness. All ministry team and life group leaders are asked to attend this event.

Keynote Description: Ministry is rewarding, but it can also be exhausting. Every leader faces seasons of uncertainty, discouragement, disruption, and fatigue. How do we remain faithful when the journey gets difficult? Derek Jacobsen will explore practical and Biblical principles through the story of Joshua and lessons learned from mountaineering in some of America's most remote wilderness. These foundations help ministry leaders develop resilient faith, persevere through challenges, and continue investing in others for the sake of the Gospel. This session will encourage and inspire you to deepen your trust in God, strengthen your spiritual foundation, and rediscover the joy and purpose of ministry.
