Guest Speaker – Sin Detectors
After salvation, our spiritual growth has several inputs that include
discipleship from others, personal devotions/bible study, our response
to sermons, the work of the Holy Spirit within us and more. We were
declared “Positionally Righteous” through our Justification by Faith in
the Lord Jesus Christ and now we work on our “Practical
Righteousness” (Sanctification) as we acknowledge and repent from
wrongful thoughts and sins the Holy Spirit reveals to us. We are called
to “examine ourselves” along our way. What if there were alarms or
“Sin Detectors” we had to walk through to help us examine ourselves?
